Today is an awesome day!
The older woman who gave us our tickets did not like Juno at all. She made it clear that she saw it the night before and did not approve of it. I don’t know if she was trying to talk us out of seeing it or just wanted to make us feel strange. Well despite all that, my husband and I loved Juno. I really don’t think it was something to disapprove of. It was a funny story about teen pregnancy and adoption. It’s real life, get over it.
The dialog is great. Did you know you fetus has fingernails. Fingernails!!!! The soundtrack is pretty good too. I am seriously addicted to Velvet Underground’s I’m Sticking to You
The “true” star of Juno is of course the hamburger phone. It’s a big scene stealer. The hamburger phone has got to be the greatest novelty phone ever!!! Anyone know where I can get one? If so buy it for me 
Yesterday we went to see Xanadu on broadway. Yes, they made a live version of the awesome movie musical from the 1980’s. I don’t want to give anything away except that it was amazing!!! The movie is one of my all time favorites and this musical was so much campy fun. It was so funny and had great music and even rollerskating. I loved every minute of it and want to go again so that I can sit on the stage. Oh and the poster even had my catch phrase, seriously!
